Paloma House is a women-centered community space where motherhood, wellness, work, and connection coexist, without pressure or performance. It’s the place you come when you don’t want to figure anything out. You just show up.

    fitness classes daily, with play-care, so you can take time to get back to yourself. Pilates, bootcamps, yoga and more.

    A work space that understands real life, with add on play-care so you & your little one can both thrive.

  • See on site providers.

    Visit one of our many onsite providers, from Pelvic Floor and Mental Health Therapy, to Birth Preparation & Movement, to Lactation and Speech Therapy.

Our Paloma Playhouse is available to our members Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00

  • All members can add a play-care drop in during any fitness classes

  • Connected & All-In Members can add drop-in Play-Care from 9:00-1:00 or 1:00-5:00 on a first come first serve basis; you only register when you need it!
